They left an automated message at my last place of employment stating that I have a returned check on my account, and that I need to call them back. First off, leaving messages to people other than the person they are seeking is illegal. They were told to refrain from calling, but still do. They were told to mail that person whatever it is they need. What should I do.

The guy called me and said I had won 2.2 million dollars and wanted my personal info.

Caller knows my name and simply asks "is this (my Name)". I say "yes" and the caller hangs up.

This guy called my mother in law refused to give her any information except a number and that he was drawing up legal documents and I needed to call his office asap.

States I owe a debt and I need to call back ASAP, called 10 times in 1 hour. I did not answer and I will be reporting them to the Federal trade and Attorney General

Left a messatge on my phone and cellphone stating that my social security number is being investigated. Who are these stupid people who gets our information. I had one person constantly calling me about a payday loan that I never received this is a mess. But I am reporting them. Because they are calling my goverment job and they can be reported quick.

called my job, cell phone, and brother, left a message said her name was tina wilson and that her client filed a complaint in her office and she has a court summons that she will deliver to my job or my home if I don't reply ASAP!! I don't even know who this person is nor do I not what company says that I wrote a dishonored check!!! before I agree or willing to hear them out they need to give me more information on her client!! .... if any one knows who this is please reply ... THANKS!!
